At MEO staff we offer our clients the ability to hire on anyone from our workforce after 480 working hours at no charge.  We believe that this gives clients a chance to see if the candidate will be a good fit at their company before spending valuable resources on a full time hire.

In the event a client wants to hire an employee before the 480 hours worked the client can opt in to paying a % of the workers annualized payroll. This can be a great incentive to keep a quality employee from looking for other opportunities.
